Mindfulness In the Classroom

Throughout the year I have been incorporating mindful stretching, breathing ,and other calming exercises throughout the day. Here are a few images to give you an idea of our movement breaks and calming times within the classroom.

P.S. This is a piece of my action research thesis for my Master's Degree. Can mindfulness impact student's executive skills?
